My recuperation from the bout of food poisoning earlier this weeks is steady. In preparation for the next stage of the Camino, which is 15kms to the nearest town, we did a couple of test walks today.
We walked a short distance along the path towards Triacastela.
The conclusion is clear, I’m not up to walking those 15 km yet, so the revised plan is to wait till Sunday before starting out.
Nevertheless, as you can see, this is a beautiful place to recuperate.

Another day or two resting sounds like a good idea. Better to fully recover than to exhaust yourself. As you say, Samos looks like a delightful place to spend some time in.
